Mazda Warranty

Every new Mazda comes with a limited warranty that provides coverage in the unlikely event a repair is needed in the first years of ownership.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Mazda provides warranty for the period of 3 years / 100,000 KM (whichever comes first) calculated from new vehicle handover date to ensure peace of mind in owning Mazda vehicle.

Important information regarding our Warranty are as follows:
- Vehicle requires routine scheduled maintenance service every 6 months / 10,000 KM (whichever comes first) at any authorised Mazda dealership
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by:
  
  Usage on non-genuine Mazda parts and or accessories
  
  Any modifications done to vehicle

Our Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) provides you an assurance that you are being taken care of, especially in the case of vehicle breakdown. This 24 hour service tows your Mazda to the nearest authorised Mazda dealership and is free of charge during your Warranty period (3 years / 100,000 KM, whichever comes first).

ERA - 14051 & Press 1 for Mazda. Valid only in Jabodetabek area & free of charge during your Warranty period.
Protect your Mazda with an Extended Warranty purchase which extends your warranty to 5 years / 150,000 KM (whichever comes first). 3 years / 100,000 KM is the Mazda vehicle warranty and 2 years / 50,000 KM is the extended warranty, a partnership between PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia with PT SOMPO Insurance Indonesia.
