EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Mazda Motor Indonesia provides ERA (Emergency Roadside Assistance) for all new Mazda vehicles purchased at Mazda Authorized Dealer for a period of 3 years. ERA Hotline number is: 0812-11-MAZDA (62932)

Currently ERA is only available at Jakarta area.

MAZDA CARE SERVICE CAR FUNCTION:

1. Regular visit services for fleet customers: This service is intended for fleet customers who are actively engaged in industries that
operate in remote areas such as mining and plantation. Due to the very long distance between the location and the nearest service shop,
it becomes difficult to arrange for a regular maintenance or service to the shop. Therefore Mazda offers “Regular Visit Service” by
having the fleet vehicles serviced on-site. This is to ensure that fleet vehicle downtime is minimized and to offer convenience to the fleet
customers.
2. Emergency (Hotline) Service: This service is designated for emergency needs of customers. It is as easy as dialing the hotline number
available and the customer will be looked after by qualified Mazda technicians who will arrive at the location as soon as possible
3. Home Service: This service gives convenience to customers who do not have the time to bring their vehicles to the service shop. Upon
arrangement a Mazda service car will visit the customer's premise and have the vehicle serviced by trained Mazda technicians, ensuring that it is in excellent condition
